Well, that explains it.

I was thinking that the suspension bushings on my 88 Fiero GT were worn out because I was getting some wired, squirmy handling. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the nut fir the inboard mounting position of the left rear tie rod was missing. A quick trip to Ace and $0.78 later and she drives like a different car. Funny how less that a dollars worth of hardware can change everything.

Hope there were some jackstands just out of the photo when you did that!
