A while ago someone posted a company that builds kits that are kinda like a Locost but w/ a T-buckety flair. I remember a v-shaped front axle and sorta 32 ford grille. Can't remember the company's name....

No, i remember the post, it wasn't the factory 5 and i remember a lot of people here criticizing the front suspension design. If i remember it had something like one link holding the solid front axle to the frame...

James is right. This was long before the Factory5 one. Its a much more bare bones kit.

The suspension on that Lowster looks like a basic 4-link to me...what's the problem with it? Replaced that bent tube with a Pete & Jakes dropped axle and you've got a very typical hot rod.

The lateral locating thing on the Lowster appears to just be a sliding pillar arrangement.
