BaT often features "owner submissions", and regardless of who submits the car, I BELIEVE (THO I COULD BE WRONG) THAT there is no cost.
The hard part is getting them to accept the car. They have recently featured several older / vintage Datsuns and Nissans, and a couple of Celicas and Coronas, but aside from Honda's "S" cars...they don't seem too interested in brand "H". I recently tried to submit a sub 100K mile 1st gen. Accord sedan....they said thanks, but no thanks. But the AWD wagovans are just quirky and rare enough to be a good car to submit.
