It's been down for 2 days now. The guy who runs it, his business site is down as well, so I can't contact him.
It's back up.
I just snagged a G13B Twincam motor for $300.
Still under the challenge budget. 
Just a word of warning, if you're going to mod it, research it first. They're not your typical 4 cylinder 16V motor.
Hey, Z-Woof, mind being more specific? All I could see was that most of it didn't really need modifying. Gasket match;very little to be done. Crank; forged. Rods H-beam. Etc, Etc. What are specifics if you don't mind. No plans for extensive mods over here, but curious about the future possibilities.
