The answer used to be NASIOC, but for some reason they seem to no longer have private cars for sale. (Please correct me if I'm wrong on this)
My son has a clean 2010 Legacy GT with a 2.5L and a manual 6 speed. New suspension, clutch, flywheel. Nice car.
Located in ATL. Needs a new home pronto.

There a place called GRM forum that has a for sale section. Them guys will buy anything.
It would probably get a good amount of interest on Cars and Bids.
https://www.legacygt.com/ appears to still exist. It's been decades since I was active there, so don't know what the rules for posting a car for sale there are. Cars & Bids could be a good venue if the car presents well.

It's been listed on GRM since October.
NASIOC has private listings, I was browsing them last week. Cars seem to list far under market there though.
(I was looking for an 02-09 WRX wagon auto. They did make a turbo/auto 09 but it wasn't called a WRX, but we know what it is)
Cars and Bids 100% unless its a rat or salvage title.
Sold my Viper there after 12ish fruitless weeks on marketplace for $5k more than I wanted.

My folks are in Florida and my dad has been looking for a manual car, he nearly pulled the trigger on a Legacy SpecB, but it sold before he could arrange travel to MN. Depending on miles/color/condition/etc. he may be interested.
