Yet another little white Ford

I seem to have a thing for little white Fords lately.  First was my FiST:

Then, of course, came my FoRS:

Now we have a new addition to the family, a Fiesta SE (FiSE?) for my daughter:

It's a sweetheart to drive, and the DCT software and reliability have been improved greatly recently.  The transmission always seems to be in the right gear, with no hesitation or downshifting coming off corners.  She loves it!  My 15-year-old is happy too, as she's inherited the Accent before she even gets her license.

I had a Fiesta automatic rental car for a few days. I was pleasantly surprised. A nice little car.

No, of course not - white cars are never clean.

Nice. We had black DCT Fiesta SEs as delivery cars at the first parts house I worked at. Always liked them a fair bit. I got in trouble with one of them once when I found myself on a nice road on the way back from a run to a shop in the next county over from us and forgot about the snitch box under the dash.  I'd like to try one with a manual trans sometime.

My FiST was a hoot to drive, and probably the easiest car to shift I've ever had.  However, the FoRS is in another league altogether. 

Edit: A good indicator of the performance difference between the FiST and the FoRS is when I, a fair-to-middlin' local only racer, can beat the raw time of multi-time national champion Mike King in a car with which he has won two of those championships:

Mike took top PAX that day, of course.

It's not a fair comparison, Mike King is not human. 

That is why I now am on my third Fiesta.    Two with the dct and now the FiST.

Well, compared to an SUV, it's little.  Yeah, the Fiesta is much tinier.
