That's a sweet deal.
Wasn't that the ONLY Locust at the Challenge in 2005? That would also make it the last place winner. 
Car is gone according to seller on LocostUSA. I remember the C/D article from 2006 as well.

Some had a rear engine Locost-ish car there, too, IIRC.
The one for sale was really nice.
