Working on it for about a year or so - I have a 4 year old and a 15 month, so I only get to work on it during nap time and after they go to bed.

Here is what I started with. Cost $425 with a title.

Carved out a tail.

Had a new speedo face made to match the paint

360T?

I have fond memories of those bikes from when I was a teen in the 70's.

Nice build.

Opps. Yeah, it is a 1974 Honda CB360 with the front wheel and pipes off of the 1975 CL360.

Looks real good, fantastic detailing. Did you hand polish those pieces or get them chromed or what?

Very clean. Very nice. Love the details like the red contrast on the stator cover.

What are you running for shocks? Mufflers?

I wish I could take credit for the polishing. But I can take credit for finding a guy who does good work and is cheap.

I have polished in the past and hated the mess. I started on the front hub and figured that I needed something other then a cheap bench grinder. Then I found this THIS GUY Notice the pics.

He charged me $200 for all the items on the bench plus he got the rust off the rims (the chrome is still damaged, but at least not as visible). I probably would have spent that on a buffer wheel and supplies. Sure, I would have them now, but I probably would still be buffing and not this close to riding.

I still need to have the upper triple clamp and bar clamps done. I may do them myself this time. I also have some stainless bolts and nuts that I need to do as well as the velocity stacks.

Thanks for the complements.

My wife now wants me to restore her a Norton like in the movie One Week but I am getting sick of her having faster bikes then me.
