2016 GRM New Years game!

Ashyukun: I totally understand. Last year I was really second guessing my original idea to keep screen names private but then had a few instances of people not receiving gifts, and even some people being a bit upset with what they received. I didn't want any negative effects from this game to trickle into the rest of GRM.

On the "Giftee side": With the handle hiding, we only get positive vibes because when the giftee is happy, the gifter can jump in and say "I sent you that". When things go negatively the gifter can remain in the shadows of uncertainty and Marjorie doesn't have to build a patio

On the "Gifter" side of things: I was worried that I might accidentally match a gifter to a giftee that they didn't like very much. I figured that might lead to an intentionally bad gift (or no gift at all) being sent. Ie: "DitchDigger" doesn't like "PoopShovel" because he gets fecal matter on him every time they work together (y'all see what I did there? ) so Mr. Digger sends Poopy a snickers that isn't in a wrapper.

You're totally welcome to do your own sleuthing though, and I am totally open to offering hints (Maybe something like what they drive etc). And for what it's worth I even use my kids names when sending out my address just to keep things on the up.

Thankfully mine was fairly easy to find. Google "Site:Grassrootsmotorsports.com Name" is your friend.

Although perhaps ironically doing that with my name doesn't do any good (I checked ).

My name is massively and carefully disguised, I'm not sure anyone will guess who I am from my screen name.

I'm not typically an overachiever but I had another box to go to the Post Office today. Most of my contents were chosen just needed a slight customization and done!

I packed a box a couple of weeks ago while I was cleaning the shop. The address has been received and will go on today. Should hit the Post Office on Monday.
