I have no idea what you think you are posting but here are the SAT scores for graduates from LA and SC high school averages from 2012
Louisiana's 2012 SAT Scores
Critical Reading: 542
Mathematics: 536
Writing: 529
South Carolina's 2012 SAT Scores
Critical Reading: 481
Mathematics: 488
Writing: 462
The average overall score (50th percentile) in the United States for 2012 was a 1498:

Face it SC blows in every conceivable way. Except snow storms. They have a very good success rate of avoiding snow storms. I mean you guys have less politicians in prison than Louisiana but hey you can't win them all.
I never felt more uncomfortable in a place than I did in SC. I know that can vary from place to place even within a state but I did a fair amount of running around in SC. I find a large portion of the population arrogantly ignorant. Where they would as just fight you as to look at something new. In LA they just say they don't understand what youre talking about, want a drink?
Much better attitude and work ethic in Louisiana. SC was just lazy. But that would explain the higher than national average unemployment rate in SC versus LA which is many points lower.
Sorry man, SC sucks and I graduated college from Clemson.
Let me list a stupidity promoter for you...
