Its a odd cultural meme term. In a nutshell its a term/saying to express excitement.
HighPoint started it with their name the 9 poll, and then said no (huge mistake) so everyone jumped on the band wagon.

That's a good fuel consumption reading.
I got upgraded to a rental expedition with the 3.5 EcoBoost yesterday. It had less than 2 hours of runtime, 68 miles on it.
The readout said 14 miles per gallon when we picked it up. After about 2 hours of mostly highway, it was up to 17.4. I'm hoping it'll top 20, but it's not broken in yet, and I'm going to be doing some unkind things to it.
The traction control button is right in the middle of the dashboard, mocking me.
