today I hacked my oem intake into an actual gaining mod. Hacked off the end of filter housing which reduced all the way to 1 1/2" opening wtf??
Then took a pipe I found on curb and got rid of the resonator
notice how from TB the stock pipe goes from 2 1/2" to 2" with resonator box then back to 2 1/2
I was truly amazed how much of difference this made. Really made power band much more better.
Anyways it's ghetto but I was bored and I'm a cheap ass!

It makes a hell of a lot more sense than it does to daily an F250, assuming you're not a rancher or oil field roughneck.

My buddy's wife lived in Bosnia during the war. We visited her home town of Mostar back in 2012 and were completely blown away. If you ever want to see a HUGE contrast between beauty and war torn, go no further than there. You can still see rocket holes in roofs and walls. While eating, our eldest hugarling was playing on some park equipment neighboring a wall with windows. All the windows in the wall were still pock-marked to hell with the remnants of small arms fire, and there we were just eating lunch and playing like someone wasn't hiding in there once or shooting back.... Absolutely crazy.
Mrs. Hungary and I got to hang out with the man who runs the dive team there in the first building on our left side of the bridge. He asked us where we were from, we said "San Antonio" (The most recent place we lived stateside at the time), he says "hey! I used to live there too!"
No way!
He asks where I worked. I tell him. "Hey, I used to work there too!"
We chat, he's legit. Turns out he took his family to the US to escape the war. Made a hell of a living in Aviation and ended up being a college professor. At the University he says his nickname was "The Tennessee Frogman". You'll have to pay him a visit to ask him why, I dont want to tell all his stories for him
