Well, they don't have a Catalina Island and we don't have a Laurentian Mountains. Incidentally, I've painted both a Pontiac Catalina and a Pontiac Laurentian the same color, several years apart. The color was Palmetto Green.

Heh. I was like "Pontiac.... 283? Are you in Canada?"
Then i scrolled back to see who posted, and you was.
Any idea what car this is? As it rolled by, the light changed to green and it took off without down shifting. GOBS of torque, just chugged a few times and went away. I don't recognize the bird on the radiator. The sound was more of a boom boom boom than the pop pop of a Model T, something bigger for sure!

I'm pretty sure that it's a Thomas, although I don't know them well enough to say that it's a Thomas Flyer.
"Half of USC's football team got off their plane. Then this happened."
Apparently common with 737s, the second picture is a purpose-built prop to prevent this from happening.
Oh, I think that is a 737 MAX! (I suspect most have forgotten about it's "issues" though).
For those who don't remember they had a bit of a pitch up issue and a system that compensated for that by flying the plane into the ground:
Wow, thanks Woody! The 1907 Thomas Flyer looks a lot like the car driven NY to Paris by the Great Leslie.

Pretty sure that's an -800 or -900. The easy way to spot a Max is the serrated trailing edge of the engine cowling.

You sir, are a bad person!
How do I request a photo get removed?
Here is a pallet cleanser:
The boy watching Formula 1 qualifying at Reno. Hasn't taken his eyes off the screen the entire race. With any luck, he is ruined forever. Once airplanes get in your blood, they seldom leave.
