During my work travels I drove past the house I lived in from 84-92 in Rome, NY; first time I'd been there since Jan 1992. Looks just the same, the garage was double deep had an office and a storage room and was where I learned to work on cars. My dad had a propensity to whatever ChryCo product was cheap or broken so I spent a lot of time in there changing trans on K-Cars and gaskets/heads on a long line of turbo dodges. Good memories, I once took out that row of bushes with a Pacifica (lancer) because I didn't realize the steering lock existed til my brother had already pushed the car down that little incline lol.
I could swear the muffler on my NA runs parallel to the subframe, and not on an angle like the cool cutaway. It's in offsite storage for the winter. Am I misremembering?

He must be hauling ass to make that thing oversteer on slicks that size.

He's a 100 percenter, been to every National championship since the beginning. And 83 years old! The Schweikle's are two of my favorite people and every event with them feels special.
Pic unrelated, I just liked the sun breaking through yesterday.

Interesting. Based on the body lean and front camber, he appears to be turning into a slide to the right, but also appears (based on viewing angle, nose pointed to mirror) to be looking to the left. Perhaps in a slalom and looking past the cone?
Also, I suspect absolute dumb luck to get the focus point on the mirror / front fender with that limited of depth of field (likely a pretty long lense).

Interesting trick of the lens (I presume) that the front tires look significantly larger than the rears.
