 but really the key for buttermilk biscuits is to keep the butter cold and not overwork it. You don't want the butter to melt or get mixed in too well

Also make sure you have your biscuits touching on the baking sheet. Biscuits rise as a team.

lamb kebabs and kofta kebabs on the grill with some roasted vegetables since Eid is today. My wife made some hummus, baba ganouj, and fattoush. But we ate it before we thought to get a picture. The trick to a good baba ganouj is roasted red peppers added in with the eggplant, it's so good

I made Lasagna Soup and wanted biscuits with it.  I tried using a bagel recipe.  Rolled it out 3/4" or so thick and but them out with a big glass.  I was surprised how they came out.
