I was in Dallas last summer and visited the Guitar Sanctuary. I was told it was beyond impressive--and it was. Well, they just opened their new place, and now they're just running up the score.

Wow... I...
That's really cool. I have no plans to go to Dallas, but if I did, my itinerary would be getting joggled right now.
The old one was pretty cool. The main room housed all of the nicer guitars. And they weren't just hanging on the wall--guitars were displayed nicely, almost like art. Around the corner they had the sub-$1000 electrics. Acoustics got a room, and up front was the amp room. All of it was just done nicely--and not over the top, just nice. Plus the people were nice. I bought a magazine and some picks.
I'd almost expect a store like that to have a cover charge to enter... just to keep out the moneyless riff-raff... like me.
