I'm not a fan of the 5th gen. and so aren't many of you guys, but this still sucks something fierce. Guy brings in his 2010 SS to get a transmission noise looked at (after his car was abused at another dealership), and instead the next stealership's techs drive the snot out of it - then plan to rake him over the coals for a new clutch too. Luckily, the guy put a audio recorder in the map pocket and caught the whole thing:
