I’ve tried to list this bike twice on Facebook Marketplace and the ad never seems to get published, probably due to the name.
Bike is a Cannondale Killer V.

But then it’s not as searchable.
I spent a long time looking for a perfect Killer V.
Post it as a Cannondale Fluffy Bunny, and just include lots of pics clearly showing the name.
Or maybe it's the Cannon in Cannondale that's too threatening?
For some reason, Facebook has been flagging any message that I have with a link to efianalytics.com or tunerstudio.com as violating community standards. It's a royal pain when I'm trying to help somebody with technical support.
That's incredibly annoying. Another reason I lament that so much stuff seems to be there now instead of CL. Not that there aren't some upsides.
Looks like the full name has a trailing number, at least on the top tube. Have you tried adding that?
And though Cannondale doesn't spell it this way, I wonder whether having another "complete word" besides "killer" would help; e.g. "Killer Vee" "Or Killer V 900." If their search does a certain amount of matching like Google does, someone searching for "killer v" would probably be shown "killer vee."

It's there! I have seen a lag on when something is posted vs. when you can start seeing it in search results.
It's a great day for it! I'm guessing I'll be there this evening throwing batting practice for my 12 year old!
I think it's just a bicycle thing. I posted my pure Cycles Kieran and it took over a week to get published
My wife had the same problem trying to sell some flea treatment we didn't need. Their bots pulled the listing every time, probably because you can't sell pets on Facebook.
I'd love to find out what triggered yours: the "cannon" or the "killer" or the combination of the two?

stop peddling anal ytics then
I couldn't list my genuine Ping golf clubs. Apparently Ping really defends the reselling of used sticks. Even calling them "ball hitting sticks" with a picture of the ping club was enough to get them not listed.

They might be auto-blocked because they think you're selling counterfeits. My wife keeps having trouble when she tries to get rid of name-brand fashion items like wallets or handbags, if you list it at a price someone will actually pay the listing gets blocked automatically because the bot assumes a cheap fashion item must be counterfeit.
I'll join in on the sadness for the loss of most items from Craigslist. At least Craigslist was searchable and had meaningful categories.
I've been having similar issues with a Columbia I have for sale. Took 3 try's too post it and the algorithm keeps booting it out of vintage bikes. It's been listed a month and has 17 views verse the 300 views the last one had in the same time.
it seems like they are trying to extra censor some things like bikes and trampolines that have been reselling for crazy money during all this covid madness

Yeah, berkeley that E36M3!
JK!
Their AI censorship is awful.
I posted a bunch of old audio equipment. I had an Allen and Heath console, a Crown amp, and some Peavey speakers. FB kept taking it down for "contraband." I finally got an answer from a human on a help chat, and they said it flagged it because it thought I was selling drugs.
Drugs. Seriously.
