My eyes must be going. Looks like a high-res image of a MINI Cooper. 
Is there a link to the app? What does it cost to use? That could be fun to try....
But does it make the items in the image bigger... that's the real question on everyone's mind.

IMO, it would be better if it made the headlights into eyeballs, and the grille into a mouth, complete with tongue hanging out like a thirsty dog.

Ran through a few attempts before getting something I liked- seems like too much detail makes for something not very cartoony, too little and you just get a blur. This one worked OK:
