Person sitting next to me at lunch had one, and it reminded me that i need to do something like this. Have relevant info pn my helmet, but it doesn't normally travel with me.
Doing what i do, jewelry is not an optimal solution.
What are the good options for this? Neck tattoos?

Check out a company called RoadID. I wear one of their bracelets 24/7, mostly because I road bike and mountain bike a lot. They have versions that are basically just updated dog tags, and versions that allow you to keep an online profile with full medical history. The online allows for temporary updates such as hotel while on vacation and etc if you want and it's accessible to any EMT with the code on your ID. They have lots of different ID form factors too - bracelets, tags, etc.
I've asked several EMTs if they actually look for these kind of things and they've all said yes, FWIW.

When I worked in the ER all the staff swore that they were getting DNR in red six inch high letters inked on their chests.
Some guys in the military would get their pertinent info tatted on the side of their chests. A "meat tag" as it was known.

Yes, most of the time I've had an unresponsive customer one of the first responders checked their wallet unless they were regular visitors to our city's emergency medical services.
If you have certain conditions, you may be able to get a good discount on an actual medic-alert. I have type 2 diabetes (DIABEETUS!) and my clinic had a brochure with a promo code for $39 off a medic alert. I got one which rides on my watch band. They have a few which start at $39, so you can actually get a free one.
Problem is, i dislike jewelry, and its always getting caught. Additionally, tge company i work for has pretty strict policied on male jewelry (however I think med alert would fly, but not neck tattoo).
Major reasons i want not jewelry: getting caught on things. And privacy (my field, you dont want customers to know anything extra about you)
I saw road id has a lace in shoe version. This may be perfect!

Years ago a friend of mine had a pin that used one of the empty holes on his belt. The logic is that they will be removing your belt at some point. I do not recall what the pin was for.
