Yeah, I was being an ass posting Trump memes (now deleted) no of which mentioned politics, just his, err, playing nice, personal insecurities and mannerisms.
How climate change isn't political is beyond me. It's something accepted by the vast majority of qualified scientists as real, with a human contributory factor to it. It's accepted and embraced as fact by all the most democratic, first world countries as fact. Note, the US doens't even rank in the top 20 of global democracies. Yet is lambasted by one side of the political spectrum here as a hoax, foisted on us by China, that it isn't true, backed up with with 'facts' from (proven faux) science. is beyond me. I took down the (non political) Trump funnies, can't we do the same with climate change?

He always said that if he found a puddle under the airplane, he could dip his fingers in it, rub it between his fingers, smell it, taste it and determine if it was Jet A, Skydrol, potable water or a lav. We had a older guy that would chew on a piece of rubber and then smell it and then tell you the durometer and type of material.
I was his replacement and I asked him about it many years later. He winked and told me it was all showmanship.
