Ah, I see now. It is the fault of the haughty, exclusive clique that is the facebook.

Sorry, but I was looking at the travel situation for PA and they also have a ban in place for orgies and their website says "your safest partner is you" "your next safest partner is someone you live with". It is an illuminating read.

Actually, it's easiest just to right-click on the image, Copy Image, then come here and Paste Image in the post box. Wait until it uploads 100% and appears, then post as usual.

I very rarely see hotlinks from 914Driver, but I actually see the Belgium 3 some image.
Why is that? I didn't know that some are not showing up, but on the site I rob them from, the address is .jpg; why wouldn't they work?

+1. Currently have an eBay shipment lost in the nether regions of the USPS...

When you request the page the image came from, you've got a whole conversation between your browser and that site. When it gets a random request for that image from a browser that's not logged into that site, it says "no image for you." Or similar jiggery-pokery. (EDIT: You don't even have to literally "log in." It may be sufficient that the server sees you're viewing their pages on their site when you request the image. Trying to view that image out of context is something they may not allow.)
It's up to the administrator whether to do that sort of thing. The copy/paste thing as described above is the sure way. I keep hotlinking out of habit, but if bitbucket has taught us anything, it's that if you want an image to show up and keep showing up on GRM, you should upload it to GRM.

That one's not mine. I did have one that was the same pattern in blue instead of yellow once upon a time. Had two-strokes on the brain after hearing Allen Milyard's Kawasaki 500 twin... (Built from leftover triple bits after he cut a couple up to make a four... !)

EDIT: Got wrapped up in 914Driver's hotlink issues and lost the thread on which thread I was in...

Evel Knievel and MacGyver got my brother and I to the hospital quite often. Fun times in the 80's.

I was hoping that someone had put at least some of this bit in meme form. Nope. (NSFW language)

The real question is how far did you launch yourself on your Acme rocket?

I grew up dirt poor southern so we just imagined an Acme rocket on our back as we jumped off the roof.

So you’re saying you did try it at home?
Saving the picture, then uploading it is the only thing that has worked for me.
58 MGA at our last autocross of the year.
correction: it's a 57, hence the number. Duhhh....
We jumped out of barn lofts. That would have killed ten of today's children. Don't even get me started on two strokes.

You were lucky to have a roof! When I was a kid we had to run around with our arms out, pretending that we were falling.
