I am so frustrated with the term "full spool" that I'm thinking about buying a spool, cutting it in half, and putting it up for sale as a "half spool" for people who don't want to go as extreme as a full spool.

I would assume it's just a way to differentiate from a mini spool.

I put a massive 4x15 Acoustic bass cab on layaway yesterday even though I don't really play bass or have anything that'll run at 2 ohms at this moment. Had to put it on layaway since we were in my friends 90 civic sedan with 3 people in it.i don't think I could fit it inside with no people or seats in it

I'll rewire to 8 ohms when I get it back home

I noticed there is a Grogu doll that "eats" when I was checking out Hot Wheels recently.  Immediately made me think of the Cabbage Patch Doll debacle.

Hopefully the designers learned their lesson and actually put an off switch on it this time.

I just got back from a journey aboard the halcyon galactic star cruiser. It's not open to the public, so I can't say anything specific until March 1- but I'm not a star wars nerd, neither is swmbo, and we spent $500 in lightsabers.

I'll dump everything as soon as I won't get swmbo fired for it.

Go with Goedendag and put a Flemish warrior on it. Nothing says a blonde Belgian can't be swinging a Goedendag.

We spent ... more than that on lightsabers on our last Disney trip. The time before that we only spent half as much. Though id be way more excited about that hotel/experience if I could convince wife to get on a plane. I don't know the extent of the Star Wars experience in the Florida parks, but I'd HIGHLY recommend anyone curious to visit the California park. So much fun.

Without going into great detail, if you are a fan of star wars, I'd call it worth it at 6k for four people for two nights. It's.... insanely impressive, and they were still in testing.

Plus the trip from UT, with a spouse that refuses to board a plane. Not a deal breaker, but might be an epic road trip. I'll start saving my pennies.

Time to start shopping for a Challenge minivan... Now we're up to $8k plus gas and tires, but still...

Yeah, and unlike other admissions (that I can't even get right now anyhow because of reduced capacity) I can't touch this one. And from everything I heard, people I talked to etc (it was all high level Disney hotel people) you're gonna want to book like....tomorrow lol.

Actually I believe they went on to create Baby Swims a lot.

You know, because it's such a great idea to teach kids to throw babies into the water.

Just renewed the registration on the excursion. Sitting here looking over the card. Next to vehicle type are the letters SW. For station wagon.

No wonder it's cheaper than the Ranger was.

I'm stunned they do it but it's very handy when I got a big cab and a tiny tiny car.

I used to drive an Accord before my Chevrolet Silverado.  Wife bailed from buying Chevrolet SUV's and bought a Pilot.  Nineteen year old daughter has a 220,000 mile '09 Civic.  Son buying a CR-V this week.

I've always been a GM/Datsun/Nissan guy but dang I confess I'm impressed by the simplicity and ease of owning Hondas.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to get a Civic Si to work rather than my Silverado for work.

Welcome to the family! Though admittedly the only Honda I currently own has two wheels and no title. Next purchase will likely only have two wheels as well.

I just thumbs up a zero post.  It went to +3.  I think I just had a Ménage à trois  with two anonymous internet people and was one short of a thumbs up orgy.

Working at a Honda specialist indie for three years now.  I have always kinda liked them (wanted an '86-89 Accord when I was 18) and they have only gotten better.

I just wish they still sold the Fit here. I also think the move back to wishbone suspension is a bad one since I have made a lot of money over the past 26 years in general and last three in particular thanks to how problematic the wishbone suspensions were/are.  They EAT ball joints, and can be labor intensive to deal with.

I mean, I think it's bad as a consumer.  As a technician, I stand to profit greatly.  My current sights are set on Audi RS3 (10 inches shorter than a Civic!) but I wonder what the Model 2 will be size-wise, and if there will be a mogodon Performance version...

I used to work with a guy who always had black ice trees hanging in his "whip" (the most ratted out S10 Xtreme! in existence). Pretty sure the dude considered axe body spray a shower in a can. The guy was an olfactory offender of biblical proportions.

I didn't know anyone actually bought those air fresheners. I thought they just were, like air or lint. They just exist and nobody knows how or why.

I'm pretty sure most police departments consider those air fresheners to be probable cause for a drug search.

Find one in every car, you'll see.
