I remember having to shout at the overhead console Onstar phone system in our Avalanche back when it was new. One time we tried to help this kid who got separated from his family, so he had to shout at the truck, too. It did not pick up his voice very well, so it kept asking him to repeat the phone number. He freaked out and ran. Good times. Of course it was analog, so it wouldn't work after the big digital switch-eroonie.

Cool phone, Keith. My B-I-L had one in his big Lincoln when he was a high-roller in the late 80's.

This makes me want to dig out the bag phone from somewhere to put in the BMW for bonus rad-wood points.
