pic posting

How do you post a pic now? I've tried everything I know (not much) but still can't get it to work.

But the camera icon or the blue ? icon right next to it would have been good places to start, too.

The FAQ section doesn't talk about posting pics and I tried the camera icon. I got the old "Hit it with a hammer" screen. I tried surrounding the link with [img] [/img] to no avail.

The camera icon has worked for me.

It's in there, just not clear in "how do I format". I'll add it. The hit it with a hammer screen could have been any number of things, but the camera icon does work (except for IE6, and I'm working on that).

BBcode is not used on this board. From the ? icon:

* You can also use a plain HTML img tag to insert a photo from the web: <img src="IMAGEURL" alt="" />, replacing IMAGEURL with the URL of your image.
* Or you can use markdown and wrap the URL of your image in parentheses:
