That is a good one! They changed from RWD to AWD to FWD over the years, came as coupes, fastbacks, hatches, convertibles, and changed quite a bit appearance wise to match.

Well if we get picky the Continental Mark II shown on the left of the old ad was never badged as a Lincoln, it was just a Continental. By the time the Mk VII was released the Continetal and Mark cars were seperate products. The MkS is as much a re-badged Taurus as this is a rebadged one of these
