OK, so it only has the onboard pizza storage system and the navigation system (minus HUD display), it's wheel-driven and has particularly skinny tires, but it IS a specialized pizza-delivery vehicle:

Edit: I'm sorry, the c&d article says that also.
If they started with an electric Spark, it would be even closer. The article is not clear what powers it. But I thought of Snow Crash as well when I read about it.
