There are now 6 separate threads on the front page of "off topic" about the "rapture".
I don't believe there has ever been a single subject that commanded that much interest.
Granted, it was mostly so folks could throw stones at stuff they don't understand, but what the heck, progress is progress!
Not even the Challenge generates 6 threads on one page.
I just got out of a wonderful church service today. Our pastor giving facts on all the millions of Americans on drugs, alcohol, our country in debt, etc. Its sad to hear all that is wrong and how low this nation has gone. Even if you don't believe in the Bible, you know that there is many horrible things going on in the world. I would just like to say I've done much wrong in my life. Things I was doing was causing so much pain to my loved one's and I didn't even know it. I was raised in church and my dad was a pastor/preacher/teacher. I never doubted Christ, but I didn't want to live a Christian life. I was happy drinking, going to parties and just living it up. And then some things happened and God crushed me to the point where I just said I can't do it on my own anymore. I gave my life to Christ and was called into teaching. I was scared to death and wondered what made me worthy to do such a thing. But God uses the ordinary to do His will. I now have a peace inside of me that nobody can take away and I look forward to leaving this crazy world someday and have rest for all eternity. I don't deserve heaven, but by God's grace I'll take it. I've never meet any of you on this board, but I wish nothing but the best in life to all of you. True peace comes only through a relationship with the Almighty through His Son. To all you atheists...God loves ya too.
John 3:16
Congratulations Fletch, stay the path

You must have been in church with me. Where did you sit? I was in the 2nd row of the choir.

Can Miata be the answer to a rapture question?
In reply to DrBoost:
I'm not sure, but I would still like to drive one before i die.
The guest preacher today actually mentioned the guy who started this May 21st thing. He said he just ignores stuff like that and that guy must think he's better than Christ because even Christ said not even Him nor the angels know, but the Father only. Same with the Westboro church, I just shake my head in disbelief. Some people want attention, others use the name of Christ for personal gain. If they can make a buck, they will do anything.

Do it. I picked up a 92 and loved it! It wass the first gen so only had 115 hp but that chassis is just soo great. Once on an auto-X course or track, going 8/10ths you could steer the rear end around using your right foot with no problem.
What a car!

I'd love to, but my wife and I just started to build a house. The footer is poured, waiting on dry weather. I'll have a nice pole building too but by the time I shell out money to get the house done and appliances, I won't be able to put anything in it for awhile.
Sorry SVreX that me and DrBoost hijacked the thread.

I think Miata can definitely be the answer to the rapture.

Is the question "What car should I drive if I want god to assume I'm gay and leave me behind"?

so, just call the cement guy back and ask for a solid 2 acres of concrete and hold your own Auto-X. Plus, if you do that, you wont have to worry about a wife hanging around cramping your style

My Miata will make you see God. I'd be glad to let you take a drive.
