Totally joking. Only time I was anywhere near the lead was when I was getting lapped!

Yeah, that one's taller than it looks. Paint that sucker up Team Highball, and I could use that shot as an avatar.

HA! You and me both. I rolled in the same spot the other night when me and FGC were playing.
1200 civics are one of the coolest-overlooked cars around...as owner of 14 of them(still have 2) i would love to see Forza4 come out with an F car in one of the car pacs!
Last night was good times! I think I managed to not hit anyone but apologies to whoever if I'm wrong
So... for those making decals, is there a way to upload graphics from my computer into the paint on Forza and on my storefront?
Reply to mutant and Anti-stance RE: The Civic..
That car won an SCCA National Championship FIVE times between 1974 and 1990. IIRC, it was the first Honda to win a US championship, and almost hit 150mph at Talledega. For a club racing geek like me, that thing is a Legend (pun intended! ) Here's the story:

It currently resides in American Honda's collection (hopefully, one day a museum?) in California.

And y'all probably already know about Adam Malley's Civic..
Also I'm glad to hear that someone likes my attempt at the 787B livery. There are some subtle differences in shape between the actual 787B and the 2...

Yeah, that was good work. I think I'm voting for you as "Livery of The Race" as well.

Dibs on last place! Running 1:34's as of my last practice session there. I am now beginning to see a trend of being about 2 seconds per mile slower than you...

Welcome to the club.
Can we do anything for those of us running automatics? I can't drive the Forza stick while holding my baby and the best laps I could muster at were in the 1:08's.
In reply to Javelin:
I'm sure we can set up the race to allow automatics. Would like everyone to have fun
They do allow automatics. I ran an auto on Friday's race. And I cut 1:08's while the other backmarkers were in the 1:06's and the fast guys were in the 1:02's.
I haven't looked at the controller settings - but maybe you could re-map your upshift/downshift buttons to something that you can control with the left thumb...say DPad up and down (assuming you are steering using the left analog stick)?
I tried to set my controller up for manual/clutch but I guess I've got to find my original setup and change it from auto to manual. I doubt I'll be able to do it though because my fingers usually go to sleep after a few laps and it's hard enough to make them move to steer and use the throttle and brake. I want to try my best to be competitive though. I've got a long way to go, that's for sure.
Forgive me if I mentioned this already but I googled different questions about how to get faster in Forza4 and the first page is all about cheats and cheat codes. WTH is that all about? Surely that's not what it takes to be "equal". I really don't know. I'm 63 and didn't start doing this until 14 years ago when I bought a video store. So I'm always learning something new. I try to apply what I've learned autoXing over the years to the game cars and for the most part find that it does cross over. My question is where can I go online to get usefull information on how to tune and tips on driving? I know you fast guys won't give up any of your hard earned knowledge but you might point us back markers to a useful site or two.
