Electric Motor & Gearbox- $150
This is the electric motor & gearbox from a junkyard 2012 Nissan Leaf. I pulled it last year when I unexpectedly found the Leaf in a nearby U-Pull-It yard with the thought that I might be able to use it for the DMC's EV conversion but decided to go with something with a bit more pep. Comes with the inner ends of the driveshafts. No clue of the mileage on the Leaf. They charged me a lot less than they should have since EV motors aren't in their system, so I'm passing that savings along.
AC Compressor (full electric)- $60
High-voltage electric AC compressor from the same Leaf. Knew I'd need one for the DMC so grabbed it as well.
Everything is located in Lexington, KY- would be willing to meet up in Cincinnati, Louisville, or Indianapolis (assuming you're good with waiting about a month until I head up to Indy).

In reply to Ashyukun (Robert) :
I want the Leaf motor/gearbox. Consider it sold.
Oh thank you thank you thank you. I managed to close this thread once without replying, then I opened it again to ask about grabbing this next time I'm up that way. I really don't need this.
In reply to Tom Suddard :
You're welcome.
Also except to see an email from me soon.

Though I do still have the AC compressor available (but it's far less fun).
In reply to Indy - Guy :
got any cool swap plans for it?

Dammit! No actually thank you for grabbing this so quickly.
In reply to Ashyukun (Robert) :
I may be interested in AC compressor. Can you send a few pics, specifically of the electrical and plumbing connections, and any part numbers please?
In reply to bbbbRASS :
Sure- I'll try and get some this evening (I put a bunch of things in front of the shelf it's on in the garage so it'll take a few minutes to get to it). I did grab a few other things for it but I don't remember exactly what- I think that I grabbed the plug and wiring that goes into it to make it easier to wire up.
In reply to bbbbRASS :
Got out a bit earlier than expected while The Bat was busy investigating the newly-mowed lawn. Unfortunately I remembered wrong (or I'm just not finding it) and I didn't grab the plugs from the harness but hopefully they're not that difficult to come by:

Thanks for doing that so fast! I didn't realize it was a 12V compressor. Need to look at it a bit more, thanks. I don't have a specific use case at the moment, maybe for the family adventure van to try and swap in place of/in addition to the stock E150 compressor for running off the house battery.
In reply to bbbbRASS :
No problem. I didn't realize it was 12V either... I would have figured it would have run off the HV...
When I read this tag, I fail to interpret it as being 12 Volt:

Can you please educate me to read it better?
In reply to Indy - Guy :
I searched for the model # and it came up with an Amazon listing that showed it as being 12V under the description. (Also, I'm apparently WAY under priced...)
Also, though I can't say this 100%, pretty much every HV electrical connection that I've seen has been bright orange to identify it as such.
Amazon is probably correct that the compressor is "unisex-adult", but maybe not so much beyond that.

The cable might be part# 297A6-3NA0A, multiple of them still available from sellers in Lithuania??:

Not trying to steal any sales, but eventually I'll be getting rid of the system out of a 2013.
OK, both drive unit & compressor are sold!
