There's  a ton of (what I think are the correct) engines for Starquests there.

In reply to Appleseed :

Could be, but I can't find any references to part numbers 458310 or 459010 to confirm. One of them lists compression test results (from 2001!) of 160psi, which I think is a little high for 7:1, so these may be the higher compression NA blocks for trucks, K-cars, etc. In that case they'll be missing the turbo goodies like the nitrided crank and oil squirters, but might still be desirable to someone. I'll tell the starquest folks, thanks for the heads up.

If you come home with a lot of 50 remanufactured cylinder heads or a shelving unit of random pistons it's not my fault.

It makes me sad going thru the pics, workbenches with tools lying on them, everything well used....it's like people worked there yesterday and the next day they locked the doors.

i had the same thoughts, but i don't think they closed the doors yesterday.  i tried to look up some of the "Standard Crankshaft" part numbers, and that company closed their doors (or at least changed their name, couldn't find further info but their website (which sucks balls) was still up) in 2016.

Haven't gone through all the listings yet but may be some interesting engine options here.

Want that 3.4 DOHC engine.  And the pallet of VW/Audi heads.  And a couple other things I don't want to mention in public.

If you google the address it says it's "engine parts warehouse" which Google says is still open.

I'm debating throwing a bid on one set of the Ford 4 cylinder heads. Both sets are at $5 bid.

Buncha Ford I6 heads.  I could bid on those.  Probably shouldn't as I'd just have to throw them in the storage unit.

Edit: hard to search for LS heads, but I could always use another couple sets for choppin up
