WTB 4wd 4L80e and transfer case

I'm looking for 4wd 4L80e trans and a 261HD or 263HD transfer case.  Really anything out of a 2500hd truck is what I'm looking for. 

I've been looking locally but not much on FB or craigslist.  The 4L65e in my '03 Denali is starting to show it's age so I'm trying to upgrade in the process of maintenance.

Bumping a year later. Looking for a 4x4 4L80e of any year, a NP 261HD transfer case and a trans cross member for a GMT800 2500 Suburban or Yukon. I have bad ideas swirling in my head and need some cheap parts for full enabling potential. Located in South Central Wisconsin.
