(Not my pic, but I think this is my problem)
Folks I need some help with a wiring harness. We purchased a 2012 Ford Expedition this Spring. The Ford came with heated and cooled seats that were inoperable. A common issue with the seats is an undersized ground wire at the control module that causes the seats to stop working (see pic).
I think this is my problem but I cannot get the harness separated from the control unit - I think the two have melted together. Any tips on separating them? I've tried to pry the two apart without success. I'm thinking about pulling out the Dremel and cutting the plastic on the connector apart.
