In 2014, the SCCA started a tradition of moving their National Championships to a new track every year. Today the SCCA announced that the 2020 Runoffs will return to Road America October 5-11—the event’s home before going mobile. The Midwest has been kind to the SCCA, as their 2017 Runoffs at Indianapolis Motor Speedway each drew in more than 1000 competitors.

Some of the most memorable races in SCCA history have occurred at Road America, a track that requires a blend of car performance, skill and courage,” noted SCCA Vice President/COO Eric Prill.

Kickass!  Another excuse to go to Road America!  I love that place.

Admittedly I've never been to RA (even though its local). My kid will be 5 and my birthday is during those days. I think I found what we are doing for my 38th birthday.

The REAL happiest place on earth. (Which happens to be about 90 min from home).

It's a mere 1800 miles each way from my house. Perhaps one day I'll enter the Runoffs but my love of Vintage racing probably means it's not likely.

RA is a great place to have the RunOffs fans and racers love the place.
