Jeff Dahnert, SCCA President and CEO from 2009 to 2013, has returned to the national office as Sr. Director of Finance and Administration, picking up a role he held from 2004 to 2009.
During Dahnert’s role as President and CEO, an SCCA release states, the Club became financially stable and introduced a number of initiatives still in place today, including the Super Tour and Majors programs in road racing.
“I’m really happy to be back with the SCCA,” Dahnert said in that same release. “My favorite part about the Club is the energy and passion that surrounds every activity. There are a lot of welcoming familiar faces and a lot of new faces, but I can already feel that energy again.”
Dahnert’s first day back at work was February 8.
