No, the dirt-slinging Morgan you see before you isn’t an HD render, it’s very much real.
Called the CX-T (“CX” for the CX platform the car is built on and “T” for trials, a throwback to the reliability trials the car maker entered in its infancy), the Morgan is more than a Plus Four with knobby tires. The entire car was specially designed with help from Rally Raid UK, a firm that normally spends its business hours designing and building Dakar Rally-spec off-road machines.
What’s the catch? Only eight are going to be built, each with a starting price of 170,000 Pounds–about $234,714.

Does the frame flex much while playing off-road?
I don't know if it's frame has wood, but mine does right now.
People need to stop claiming that the Morgans "Frame" is made of wood. It has a steel frame like any other body-on-frame car. The body is an aluminum skin on a woden structure. I imagine that zero structural contributions are asked of the bodywork.
Far be it from me to 2nd guess, but I'ma 2nd guess cuz it doesn't look like it has enough wheel travel? Man I wish Ihad a qtrmil play dough to find out firsthand...
If I fall into mad money, I will rallycross the you know what out of one of these.

I know, but it's a "long-standing" joke. The body buck is ash as shown in the picture.
Ah, nothing screams wonderful excess quite like driving a sizable mortgage through the woods or dirt.
