The SCCA just added another track to their roster for Track Night in America Driven by Tire Rack: the Florida International Rally & Motorsports Park. This site, located in Starke, Florida, will host its first TNiA on Thursday, April 25. Gates open at 3 p.m., with the course going green an hour later. (Starke is located between Gainesville and Jacksonville; you’ve seen pictures.)
The facility isn’t located too far from GRM World HQ so, look for some GRM staff members there–or at least David, our editor. It’s not too late to sign up and make plans to click off some laps, take in a spring evening, and talk BMX with our editor.

Daytona has me intrigued. Do you know if a passenger would be allowed to ride with an experienced driver?
They no longer allow passengers, even if both are registered. Bummer, as my dad and I rode with each other and it was good fun.

Guess I'm all set for tomorrow's event at the FIRM, and hopefully some of you can join me. I'll be driving our yellow Civic Si. Car prep, so far, has been minimal.
I won't be at the FIRM, but I'll be at Daytona. Green e36 with peeling clear coat and V8 rumbly noises.
