Making a Classic Motorsports Video: Shelby Mustang vs. Sunbeam Tiger

Instead of CGI, stunt doubles and craft services, we had throaty V8 engines, Fords tied to the Shelby mystique, and perhaps a squealing tire or two (or four). 

Today was a video production day for Classic Motorsports, our sister pub, with the project featuring a little shootout: 1967 Shelby GT350 vs. Sunbeam Tiger. In today’s world, they’re among the least expensive ways to own a Ford that’s been touched by Shelby. 

Is one more rewarding than the other? Two sides of the same coin? Does a healthy Ford make everything better? Once the video’s all edited together–look for it very soon–you’ll have our answer.

JG is his stunt double's stunt double. He does the stunts that even the stunt double won't do.

No stunt doubles, but we did have a drone. Fancy, I know.
