No, this isn’t another teaser for the next-gen Integra, it’s the reveal of the production car set to arrive in dealerships this spring.

At this time two trims will be offered, the base Integra and an A-Spec trim. A Technology Package can be added to the A-Spec that adds things like an adaptive damper system, a heads-up display, a premium ELS sounds system and more.

Both come powered by a 1.5-liter, turbocharged inline-four rated for 200 horsepower at 6000 rpm and 192 lb.-ft. of torque from 1800-5000 rpm.

A CVT comes standard in both trims, with only the A-Spec available with a six-speed manual transmission.

A-Spec models also get rev-matching an a limited-slip differential.

So, does the 2023 Acura Integra sound appetizing yet? Or will you be hoping for a potentially more powerful Type S?

I like that *a lot*. It definitely looks waaaay better in subdued colors.

I really like it, too. I look forward to more pricing details. At $30k i really, really like it - at $40k to get a manual, I am out of the game and back into a $27k Civic hatch. Wonder how much the A-spec trim adds.

The Civic Si dressed in a tuxedo! You'll find a lot more NVH refinement  here over the Si. As for those bemoan-ing the lack of  the 1st-3rd gen 3 door coupe, get over it. You're not in your 20s/ early 30s any more. You've probably added a SO or spouse, kids, and animal(s). A 3 door doesn't cut it with infant seats. A 5 door hatch and a set of Yakima crossbars...who needs a pickup to make those trips to  Home Depot?

Nice car. Wonder how the rubber band transaxle feels. I just bought my second Subaru Outback with a CVT so I'm not abstaining... but I'd prefer to have a true auto with gears.

In reply to pointofdeparture :

Agreed, I didn't have anything personal against the yellow prototype, but this looks really nice.

Same here. My daily is a '15 Honda Fit with the CVT. I don't hate it, but I'd also prefer an automatic with gears.

I like it. Looks miles better in these colors.

They even managed to make that civic hood shut line look ok.

It looks reasonably good (if somewhat looking just like basically every other car on the road), but only 200hp + CVT. Hard pass.

I was excited they were bringing the name back, as a former Integra owner, but I am no longer excited and wouldn't even consider buying it when my GTI is ready for replacement. Seriously, 200hp??? So it'll be marginally quicker than a Corolla. Yay.

It looks like a decent modern sedan, but the nothing about it excites me, and if I ran across it in a parking lot for the first time the only thing that would catch my eye is that "INTEGRA" name stamped into the bumpers. I'd want to know why the owner made this customization to some new Accord or something and how they made it look factory - 3D-printed plates bodyworked into the bumpers perhaps? cheeky

If on the other hand Honda made a lightweight, decently powered sports coupe with good handling and an H-pattern gearbox and called it the Derpturdra, that could be interesting laugh
