This flared 1985 Fiat X1/9 was restored and rebuilt by a high school student in a three-month timespan. The list of cosmetic and mechanical modifications includes a fully rebuilt race engine, KYB coil-overs, aggressive fender flares and much more. The result: a blend of classic style and more modern touches. And just to keep heaping on the trendy modifications, the builder says the car will soon be Honda-powered. Sound familiar? Back in 2007 we profiled a Fiat X1/9 with a supercharged Honda powerplant.

How would you outfit your ideal X1/9?

Just checked my photos from Fiat on the Dragon this year, yup it's the same one. Pretty sweet in person as well.
