Sometimes cars are great because of the way they drive, or because of what they can do. Sometimes they’re great because of where they can take you. The Beetle is both, and we spent the weekend at the 12 Hours of Sebring with it.
The Beetle was a perfect appliance to make the six-hour-long drive in, but that will change soon. We’re signed up for an autocross in a few weeks–we’ll see if race slicks can knock the Beetle out of its comfort zone.
