1999 Porsche Boxster

The previous owner thought the transmission was going bad. He had put over 50,000 miles on it during his two years of ownership and figured it was time to retire it, at nearly 175,000 miles. I bought it, thinking that worst case, I could use it as a parts car for my others. I found a lot of problems including: damaged and badly adjusted shifter, engine and transmission mounts completely shot, and a broken sub-frame bracket. After repairs, it was a good car, and I resold it for a slight profit. I kept the brand new convertible top that the previous owner had installed and put it on another car.
