Rescued from a junkyard in Arizona. I’ve wanted one since we had one as a kid, and this one cost less than a DVD player and is rust free to boot. Am contemplating a modern engine swap, possibly a Miata or Ford SVT Focus powerplant, since Merkurs and Turbo Coupes are getting hard to find. No V8s! Ultimately I hope to have a relatively efficient, nimble cruiser/sleeper/road-tripper.
