Lets see some pictures! 1ZZFE in a Seven, I've got to see this! Where did you get you bellhousing/adapter?

Hi there, thanks for your interest! I will have to dig out my pics. My brother works for Toyota so the choice to use this engine came from that, and the fact that the 2ZZGE was a bit too expensive, though the power/torque profile of the 1ZZ is probably better for a Seven. Oh, and I also have a supercharger set aside for installation when funds allow! The engine mounting arrangement is best explained in photos as I have installed a removable cross-brace at the front to facilitate the use of the stock mount. I still have mounts at each side - perhaps belt and braces, but the 1ZZ does vibrate a bit being all ally. There is a custom adaptor lying between the engine and bell-housing (Celica - modified). It is approximately 20mm thick billet ally. Again, pictures explain it much better - watch this space!
