1989 Toyota Supra

1989 Supra Turbo Hardtop I bought with a spun rod bearing. It sat in my garage for 3 years before I had the cash and time to build it up. It now has a 2jzge in it out of a Lexus SC300 that I picked up for $250! Pretty smokin deal considering the stock bottom end has been known to hold upwards of 700rwhp. I’m running the stock 7MGTE ECU (with some rewiring) and modified the 7M cam position sensor to fit in the 2jz head. The turbo is a Master Power T70 with a .68a/r exhaust housing. I’m running E85 for fuel and it put down 533rwhp/497ft-lbs at 22psi boost. Not bad considering the relatively small amount of money I have into it! Engine -93 2jzge w/130k, TT headgasket (after blowing the stocker) -SSAC T4 Manifold -Masterpower T70 w/polished intake and ceramic coated exh housing -Custom 3/8” turbo spacer, PTP turbo blanket -HKS knockoff 50mm wastegate -Aeromotive FPR Kit, 2L surge tank, Bosch 044 external pump -880cc injectors -Modded 7MGTE plug wires, 89 Mustang o2 sensor (spliced to 7M plug) -Chinese 2j downpipe to 935 3” DIY exhaust with cat and Megan GT muffler -CX Racing 7M intercooler/fitted hardpipes (accidentally bought with “make offer” on fleabay, didn’t think they would take $250 lol) -Greddy Type S knockoff BOV -Chinese special 4” intake pipe -PWR Radiator w/Hayden fan and flex-a-lite controller -Hacked 7M lower hose for upper, hacked 2jzgte lower hose for lower, custom heater hoses -Tons of stainless lines etc. Electronics etc -Apexi SAFC/Lex AFM -LC-1 Wideband -TurboXS dual stage boost controller -Prosport boost and a/f gauges Suspension/DT -South Bend OFE Stg3 clutch, stock 1jz flywheel -Eibach’s with Tokico HPs -TT wheels (235/275) -Tanabe swaybars -Nightpager z32 brake upgrade -Shaftmasters 1pc Al driveshaft
