I will be using this POS truck as a project for my engine airflow class. I have decided to design and construct a tuned exhaust manifold and system. It will be designed to maximize torque at about 3500 RPM and below. The OE cast iron manifold and the new manifold will be tested and compared on both a flow bench and chassis dynomometer. Target budget is < $150 for the entire system from head to tailpipe. This will be fun. :D
