The car is mostly all original (for now). After spending over 30 years in proper storage, it emerged into daylight in 2009 with 28,000 miles on the clock. The PO bought it out of storage, dumped significant time and money into it to make it road worthy, then sold it to me this summer (2010) with 30,000 miles on it. The car is in fantastic condition, with original paint and interior intact, and is an absolute blast to drive. I love the music from the Twin Cam, and sometimes I think I drive it just to hear that little engine wail. 4000 miles this summer and I have not turned the radio on yet.
