BIGger oil cooler.

update image

Ever since I upgraded the cam and have raised the RPMs up I am having oil heat issues. Anything above a cool day (about 65°-70°F) and about 10 minutes of abuse and the oil temps would start going up to and past 300°F. Water temps were still around 200°F, so I guess I needed a bigger cooler. Well, I certainly hope this does it.

Canton 12” X 12” X 1-1/2” flat plate cooler with 29,200 BTU of cooling capacity. It’s double the old one I had. Just happened to fit perfectly with the width of the car’s original lower valance mounting bolts. So I only had to make the second bracket, and drill one extra hole. Looks like it was made for it.
