The photoshoot area has a bunch of sculptures throughout the office buildings and this one happens to be very photogenic.

The swap wouldn't be that difficult, they sell full kits for the swap now so it's pretty much just bolt everything up. I had the swap done at a local shop do this one but i'm in the process of helping swap a 1zz out of a friends Spyder, the hardest part is getting rusted bolts out and what not.
