Factory Five Racing, which calls itself the “world’s largest manufacturer of component car kits,” loves to introduce the next generation to the car enthusiast world. They ended the month of March with three school tours, the largest of which comprised of five Upstate New York high schools.
Most of the students who visited came from vocational programs, such as the Winners Circle Project. The nonprofit oversees five different high schools building Factory Five cars as part of a business development and motorsports marketing program.
In addition to working with the youth, Factory Five Racing closed the month of March with one of its most successful weeks. They delivered three kits: the hotrod-inspired Speedstar kit–the first one in Canada–the Daytona Coupe replica, the Type 65 Coupe; and the sports-oriented Cobra replica, the 289 USRRC/FIA.
